The Institute provides training, education and
professional growth opportunities for milieu staff throughout JBFCS, as well as
other mental health and human service agencies. The training is aimed at
enhancing the quality of child care, both within the agency and throughout the
mental health community, and professionalizing the category of milieu ounselor.
