Overview:

This position establishes policies and procedures for working with our customers, factor, and internal operations to manage the processes for the prevention and collection of all chargebacks as well as the processing of returns

Requirements:

-          Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field

-          2-3 years experience in Credit and Collections in the Apparel field

-          Strong computer skills – Blue Cherry a plus

-          Excellent written and verbal communications

-          Ability to manage relationships internally and externally

-          Strong audit background, problem solving and customer service skills

-          Fast paced environment


Essential Functions:

Work with accounting department to prevent and collect on all chargeback related issues.
Review factor website for the reconciliation of all disputes and POD’s Establish reporting requirements for the CFO and Controller to review Communicate with sales team as well as directly with customers to resolve all open claims.
Manage and perform the returns and credit process to insure all returns are entered correctly and that the credits have been properly taken Work with the warehouse to insure compliance of chargeback related issues as well as the returns process
